- KEIM Royalan®
KEIM Royalan is a ready-to-use mineral silicate paint system for use in sub-tropic/tropic conditions. It offers water repellency, high vapor permeability and forms a chemical bond with the substrate.
KEIM Royalan can be used for all mineral, absorbent surfaces. Due to its outstanding product characteristics, KEIM Royalan is particularly suitable for old and new surfaces. In combination with the products of the KEIM Royalan system the various application areas are possible.- Colour shade
350 standard colors according to the KEIM Palette with specials available. On-site tinting only with Royalan tinting concentrates.
Application
KEIM Royalan should be applied by brush or roller, working well into all surfaces.
Consumption
For two coats: approx. 0.4 kg KEIM Royalan and approx. 0.05 l KEIM Royalan-Dilution.

- KEIM Royalan®-Grob
KEIM Royalan-Grob is a highly filled, silicate-based priming paint for preliminary coats on difficult substrates in subtropic/tropic conditions.
The Royalan system offers water repellency, vapor permeability and forms a chemical bond with the substrate. KEIM Royalan-Grob is made using pure inorganic mineral fillers, lightfast inorganic pigments, additives and potassium silicate binder.
KEIM Royalan-Grob serves as a primary resp. primary and intermediate coat within the KEIM Royalan system. It is used on all absorbent and mineral surfaces. In combination with the products of the KEIM Royalan system the various application areas are possible.- Colour shade

Application
KEIM Royalan-Grob may be applied by brush or roller and should be worked well into all surfaces.
Consumption
(0.2 kg) KEIM Royalan-Grob and (0.05 l) KEIM Royalan-Dilution. Final coat: (0.2 kg) Royalan and a corresponding quantity of KEIM Royalan-Dilution.

Dilution and primer for the products of the KEIM Royalan system.
Used to consolidate friable surfaces as a binder coat and as dilution for the KEIM Royalan system and equalization of the absorbency of substrates.- Application
Pre-treatment of highly absorbent substrates: Application of undiluted KEIM Royalan-Dilution by brush.
